Innovative digital communication platform from the payment innovatorCredited with the pioneering of the stored value card concept, Comdata had grown to include a broad range of products and services around electronic payments. However, this growth had resulted in a siloed portfolio whose combined services were not well understood by customers. Shift was enlisted to develop an online strategy for bundling and presenting Comdata's portfolio of services into true customer-focused solutions. Our approach was to segment and support a customer's interest, whether they were oriented toward a specific industry or product. For example, a customer who is focused on Controlled Spending for fleet fuel payments, quickly learns about the suite of other Comdata solutions to improve their business, from Electronic Payroll solutions to Regulatory Compliance. The result was a marketing site that was more customer-focused and consultative, illuminating the value of Comdata's expertise to serve the whole of their client's payment needs. |
